All Goldenbush products are handmade in Joshua Tree in very small batches. 

We currently ship only to the United States. We do not ship to international addresses or PO Boxes at this time. 

Shipping Times:
All goods are handmade and we typically ship within 7 business days from our studio in Joshua Tree, CA. Once your package leaves us, it can take 5 -10 business days to reach you. If you need something sooner, please let us know and we'll do our best to get it to you faster.

Shipping Rates:
Free US Shipping on orders of $100.00 or more.
Offer applies to standard ground shipping in the U.S. lower 48 states. Product subtotal must be at least $100. 

Shipping Fees:
Orders under $30 - $7.95 shipping
Orders $30 - $74.99 - $8.95 shipping
Orders $75 - $99.99 - $10.95 shipping
Orders $100 or more - Free

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska:
Orders under $40 - $11.00 flat rate shipping via USPS
Orders over $40.00 - $16.00 flat rate shipping via USPS

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if an item is damaged, defective, or not delightful for any reason, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

What is your return policy?
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Once we receive the returned item(s), we will refund your original method of payment. Please note refunds may take 1 week to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
